I ran Le Baou
d'Infer Cookery School in Provence with Peter and Diana Knab for six years and we worked together on this book for much for much of the time we were there. The recipes were all cooked by the many guests and freinds who came to our school and we hope that each page will take you on a little journey to the South of France.
